The Sparkling T is a tastemaker and a gamechanger.

The Copenhagen-based brand offers a range of non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic sparkling beverages based on cold brewed tea.

Launched in 2022, The Sparkling T is part of a growing category of elevated aperitifs and celebratory drinks that appeal to the contemporary consumer. The Sparkling T is an alternative to sparkling wines such as Prosecco, Asti, Cava and Champagne – but most of all it is a drink that resists comparison.

The entire Sparkling T range is created from a selection of premium teas, grapes and natural flavors. They appeal to the conscious consumer, looking for a glass of bubbles with little or no alcohol without compromising on taste, appeal and aesthetics.

The Sparkling Tea is an entirely new drink that resists comparison. It is light and refreshing, yet delicate and complex.

Choose between non-alcoholic or low-alcoholic, blanc or rosé – one for every occasion.

Non-Alcoholic products

ALBA – Blanc non-alcoholic

Alba has fresh and fruity aromas of green tea, citrus and honey followed by elegant notes of green apples, pear and a floral scent of Jasmin flower. It has a crystal clear color with a green tint and elegant long lasting bubbles.

Alba is the perfect non-alcoholic aperitif and pairs well with shellfish, white fish, sushi, chicken or various pasta and vegetable dishes such as asparagus.

Serve in a champagne glass at 6-8°C.

Alcohol-free sparkling tea with de-alcoholized white wine.

Cold-brewed tea (water, herbal tea (pear, grape, lemongrass, apple, orange peel, carrot, sunflower petals, natural aromas), green tea (21%), green jasmine tea (18%), white tea, oolong tea, de-alcoholized white wine (33%, contains sulfites), sugar, carbon dioxide, antioxidant (citric acid).

ROSALIA – Rosé non-alcoholic

Rosalia is a delicate and fruity rosé with an intense aroma of red berries, orange peel and rose petals. It has a rich flavour palette of red apples, peach, lemongrass and Hibiscus. Rosalia has a beautiful brick red tint and fine elegant bubbles.

Rosalia is the ideal non-alcohol sparkling rosé and a perfect aperitif or to accompany seafood, grilled fish, exotic dishes as well as with berry desserts or ice cream.

Serve in a champagne glass at 6-8°C.

BIANCA – Blanc 5% Alc. (organic)

Bianca has fresh and elegant aromas of green tea and citrus as well as delicate notes of honey melon, ginger and a floral scent of Jasmin flower. It has a clear and greenish color with a golden tinge with long lasting dense and fine bubbles.

Bianca is the classic aperitif or pairing with shellfish, white fish, sushi, chicken or various pasta and vegetable dishes such as asparagus.

Ruby is a full-bodied rosé with an intense aroma. It has clear aromas of Red Berries, Orange Peel and Rooibos. followed by notes of red apples, orange fruit and hibiscus flower. It has a beautiful rosé color with fine bubbles for an inviting expression

Craftsmanship

The entire Sparkling T range is created from a selection of premium teas and natural flavours.

The final tea blends are cold brewed for approximately 24 hours to slowly extract the delicate flavours for an elegant and balanced taste.

Next we complement with a bit of white wine or de-alcoholized white wine to enhance the flavour and then balanced with a dash of acidity and sugar. Finally, sparkling our teas amplifies the final taste and mouthfeel.

About us

Created on a solid foundation

Sparkling tea, as a product type, was first developed by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba during his time at a Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen Denmark, where he introduced a homemade tea extract for a dessert, that became an instant success among the guests.

In 2017 he launched Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, with partner Bo Sten Hansen. The brand has since the launch grown rapidly and been an instant success with wine specialists, hotels, and restaurants around the world.

Next step on the journey was to develop a new range of low- and non-alcoholic sparkling teas suitable for the retail sector and Bo and Jacob partnered up with Lars Belling (former Moët Hennessy executive) in 2021. After nearly one year of developing and testing “The Sparkling T” came to life in the late summer of 2022. Ready to be the preferred No-Low sparkling beverage in retail.
